One Foot in Front of the Other

No matter how detailed your massive plan for success is you still have to take every single step along the way.

There’s no way of getting around the fact that in order to move forward you have to put one foot in front of the other.

A lot of things in life can be either a curse or blessing depending on how you look at them.

The idea that one foot must go in front of the other for my body to move forward can be a blessing or a curse. I can either see it as an impediment to me making progress or as the ultimate breaking down of larger goals into achievable smaller ones.

There is an immense sense of confidence that comes with realizing that you can break large ambitious things down into a step-by-step process.

If you can understand that there is power in being constrained to one step at a time, if you can start to see it as an advantage rather than an impediment, then you transform the things that you’re able to achieve.

I challenge you to think of something in your life that seems lofty and then I challenge you to look down directly below your feet and to see what that one step will be, what that single next step will be because really that’s all you can take.

One step at a time.
